Information for Program Directors

We will get you a date on our calendar and get the process started on choosing your backdrop and sending out your flyer to distribute to your preschool parents.
On picture day, 1 or more of our photographers will arrive 30 minutes before the first class arrives to have their photos taken to set up the backdrop and lighting equipment. We will take care of all the posing and directing - all we need from the school is to have printed copies of the class rosters for every teacher. The teachers will check off as we go and make sure that their entire class has been documented. Since our photographers don't know these kiddos, it is up to the teacher to make *sure* that every child has had their photo taken. Please prep your teachers accordingly. (It is also an option to have a parent volunteer or aide be in charge of the class lists and stay with the photographers for the entirety of picture day).
An email with a link to the gallery will be sent to the director 3-5 days after picture day. This email contains all of the instructions for parents to successfully navigate the site and order their photos. The director will forward the email on to all of the program's parents where they will be able to view their child's photos and order their prints or digital images.
A privacy form will be sent out approximately one week prior to picture day for the director to forward to the parents. This form allows parents who are unable to have their child's photo online an alternative for a private gallery. This option is typically for foster families and other legal situations.

Information for Parents
Can we see the backdrop?
Before picture day, your preschool director will choose your program's backdrop and will be sent a flyer from KiddiClicks to post on social media or to email out so that parents can view their choice and plan their child's outfit accordingly.
What should my child wear?
Simple patterns or solid colored clothing is best. The best advice is to keep the outfit simple and avoid distracting designs, such as t-shirts with large pictures or logos.
Do I have to Pre-Pay for a Package?
No. All orders are placed after you see the photos via the online gallery.
When will I see pictures?
Each child's images will be available for viewing and ordering approximately 3-5 days after picture day.
Do I get more than one picture to choose from?
Yes, usually parents get 5+ images to select from. Keep in mind that some children are more camera shy than others, so this is an average, not a guarantee.
How do I order photos?
Your preschool director will send out a link to the ordering gallery via email - - from there, you can select your favorite images and order prints and digitals images, which will be mailed directly to your home (digitals are sent immediately via email).
How much do the photos cost?
Prints start at $8 and digital images (with personal print release) start at $25.
How do I pay for my photos?
At check-out you have the option to pay online with either your credit or debit card.
Can I send family and friends to see the pictures? Can they place orders too?
Yes, you can! Simply send them the link to the web site and they can order straight from there! Their orders will be delivered to the preschool and delivered to the parent of the child.
What does the Expiration Date on my gallery mean?
Your gallery’s expiration date is the last day that you can place an order. Galleries close 10 days after the initial gallery email is sent out. After 10 days, images will be removed from the site and from the system as we have concluded that you are not planning to order.
What about siblings? Can they be photographed even if they don’t go to the school?
We would love to photograph your children together! If you have younger children that are not in school yet, please arrive to school 15 minutes early on your child's scheduled day to have those portraits made.
